Voter Registration
There are around 69 million registered voters for the May 2025 elections. Voter registration confirms one’s eligibility for future elections.
While the voter registration period has already elapsed, you may find your voter registration status through the COMELEC Online Precint Finder or call COMELEC’s Information Technology Department (ITD).
The Voting Process
Find out your voter registration status and voting precinct through the COMELEC Online Precinct Finder at this link: precinctfinder, or call COMELEC’s Information Technology Department (ITD) at 8527-9365 or 8526-7769.

If you are a registered voter, go to your voting precinct and visit the Voter’s Assistance Desk (VAD) to be guided toward your assigned room or cluster. You will also be provided your precinct and sequence number at this state.

State your name, precinct number, and sequence number when you arrive at your assigned room.
Get your ballot, folder, and marking pen.
Stay at your assigned voting area and shade the ovals beside your chosen candidates.

Insert your ballot into the Vote Counting Machine (VCM).
Receive your voting receipt and deposit it at the designated area.

Have your right forefinger be stained with ink.
Do's
Do keep your ballot sheet clean.
Do make sure to completely shade the circle of your choice without leaving any white space.
Do know your voting rights as a Filipino citizen.
Dont's
Don’t take a picture of your fully accomplished ballot.
Don’t participate in any illegal election activities such as vote buying or preventing others from voting.
Don’t let other individuals fill out your ballot sheet for you.
Don’t shade more than the required number of votes for each position. For your chosen senators, you may only shade twelve (12) or less candidates.
Should you have any difficulty in accessing the online precinct finder, you may call COMELEC’s Information Technology Department (ITD) at 8527-9365 or 8526-7769 or look for your nearest Voter’s Assistance Desk (VAD), which should be located near the entrance of large public schools close to you.
